Marketing has always been of interest to me and that’s why I’ve chosen this path for my career. Being exposed to such a diverse environment throughout the years from Romania, to the United Kingdom, China and some other countries that I’ve visited briefly, combined with the extensive education of BA Business Management and MA Digital Marketing in UK, I am now working on my dream of having a successful career in Marketing. It’s a long journey ahead, full of challenges but I am ready for everything that will come my way. I was never a person to back down in the face of adversity and that might just be my superpower.

My marketing approach is a little different, and that’s mainly due to my international background, but also my personality. I truly want to help businesses grow and for them to have a positive impact on society at large, and that’s why I always give 110 per cent in everything I do. I am a more honest and transparent person and I believe that sharing my journey on this platform might also help other people - some might say that this website might stir people away and I’d lose gigs, but that’s not necessarily a bad thing. I believe in people’s energy and vibe, and I only want to work with like-minded people who share similar values.

I’ve created TheLeap Social because I want to share my experience and the lessons I’ve learned over the years of working with various businesses and people. I believe there is still a lot of misinformation being told especially from a lot of self-entitled marketing “gurus”, and I hope that by sharing my opinion, people will make more informed decisions when it comes to their business.
